a truly great yoga teacher, natalie morales, will be teaching yoga on the beach again this summer starting on july 3. and, it’s free! what more could you ask for?

Class on North Beach Fridays 7-8a

Just like last summer, I’ll be leading a free yoga class in North Beach on Friday mornings behind the 73rd St. Bandshell in “the Sand Bowl”.   Last year we had such positive feedback that the program has been continued, courtesy of the North Beach Bandshell Trust, a group that promotes family-friendly programs at the Bandshell.  Classes will start Friday July 3rd.
